Project Engineer- Fuel Cell

Job Code: 69600-02 Location: South Windsor, CT

As one of the newest members of the United Technologies Corp. family, UTC Power is able to draw on the expertise of some of the more established divisions, including the industry leaders in fuel cell technology and building heating, cooling and control systems.

The Fuel Cell Project Engineer will be responsible lead the development of Fuel Cell Stack Assemblies to support program deliverables. This individual will be responsible for , developing and managing the component schedule, directing verification, resource planning and budget management.

This individual will be working with the Structural Analysis Group, Design Group, Program, Manufacturing, Quality, SCM and Product Definition to complete the development of the CSA.

This individual will be making regular updates to the Program Management Team and provide technical interfacing with the other Powerplant team members.



A BS or MS in Engineering required.




Excellent communication and presentation skills required.

Demonstrated ability for problem solving, multi-tasking, team leadership is required.

Relevant work experience in Fuel Cells and/or knowledge Fuel Cell operation is a plus.

Knowledge of MS Project, EVMS and JDE desired.
