H207 A Resounding Success

On 23 and 24 May, SHFCA hosted a very successful conference and exhibition at All-Energy 07 in Aberdeen, Scotland. The conference attracted 30 speakers from the USA, Europe and the UK. In the words of one professional in the industry “the best hydrogen and fuel cell conference in the past 3 years”. SHFCA members participating in the exhibition have all reported increased business from the event. Plans are in hand for next year’s event H208 where the proposed conference theme is "Hydrogen and Fuel Cells in the Real World: Applications in Transportation and Power Generation." We expect to have a bigger presence in the exhibition with up to 20 members sharing the pavilion.

New Membership Drive Continues…

The aim of the Association is to double its membership over the course of the next 2 years and discussions are already underway with a number of potential corporate members. Individual members are developing a wide range of hydrogen and fuel cell projects which can be seen on the SHFCA Activities Map.
