Our Power Generator is a complete solution which offers a compact and reliable power system, while at the same enabling operators to significantly cut their fuel costs.
The Fuel Cell technology developed by PowerCell is designed for operation in heavy-duty trucks, and is adapted for utilizing diesel fuel from the fuel system in the vehicle and thereby eliminating the need for a separate hydrogen storage system. The PowerPac under development by PowerCell makes it possible to introduce a commercial system without investing in new infrastructure; a clear advantage compared to ordinary fuel cell systems available today.
The power generation technology from PowerCell is fuel flexible in the sense that it can, with only minor modifications, be fuelled with an alternative fuel such as DME, methanol or ethanol. The possibility to use renewable fuels makes the fuel cell technology the most viable solution for the future.
