GenCore® Fuel Cell System Training Course – This three-day program combines classroom exercises with hands-on training and certifies students as Factory Trained GenCore Fuel Cell Technicians.

Online Support – Certified technicians can use our online support center for accessing product documentation, including installation and service manuals, operating software and technical service bulletins and more.

Call Center – Plug Power provides technical support via a Technical Support Call Center, staffed with experienced Plug Power product specialists 24 hours a day for emergencies, and 8-5 Monday – Friday EST for routine calls.
