P21 is Looking to Approach the Telecoms and Data Centre Industry with Tailor-made Fuel Cell Systems for UPS and Back-up power

P21 is seeking to form relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to introduce our important fuel cell technology into systems suitable for new applications.

We have a global interest however we are particularly interested in forming relationships in the following regions:

• The Middle East
• The Far East
• Africa

Our current product lines are aimed at the telecommunications and data centre power back up industries where high quality power with a high degree of autonomy are required. With these tailor made systems currently available at cost competitive prices we look forward to a very dynamic and exciting future.

There are three main key advantages to P21’s Polymer Electrolyte Membrane (PEM) fuel cell technology, allowing us to compete favourably with existing power supplies:

• Cost – over the lifetime of the units, P21’s fuel cells are over 30 percent cheaper than traditional alternatives
• Reliability – P21’s fuel cell systems are six times as reliable as battery equivalents
• Extended runtime – unlike batteries, P21’s fuel cell systems run as long as there is fuel available, allowing the customer to tailor individual installations to cope with different requirements.
• High tolerance levels that cope with temperature fluctuations and extremes
