Keith Blakely - Chief Executive Officer
Management is led by Keith Blakely - Chief Executive Officer, a highly regarded entrepreneur who founded ART, Inc., a technology-based company in 1981 and, over the next twenty years, created an enterprise that was regarded as one of the leading innovators in advanced materials. During his tenure, the organization developed and commercialized dozens of new products, entered into numerous joint development agreements with Fortune 100 organizations, funded programs at over 15 universities and National laboratories, licensed technologies to market leaders including Mitsubishi, General Motors, and N.V. Bekaert, created three international joint ventures and strategic partnerships, acquired other technology-based organizations, and ultimately was acquired by a unit of Tyco International. Blakely has managed the technology commercialization process from idea generation through laboratory demonstration and process development, and into the commercial marketplace. More recently, he led two technology businesses - one focused on nanopowders and the other in fuel cell technologies.
Glenn Spacht - Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Complementing these talents is Glenn Spacht - Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Spacht has over 26 years experience as an executive at Grumman Aerospace where he oversaw research and development teams of over 2000 people involved in tactical aircraft, weapons systems, electronics, and related development programs. He was responsible for program budgets exceeding $250 million and was elevated to the position of Vice President and Chief Engineer for Grumman Aerospace and Electronics in 1990. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Glenn was the Chairman of NASA's Committee on Manufacturing Technology Development. He was also named a Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1995 and a Penn State Outstanding Engineering Alumnus in 2005.
Dr. Caine Finnerty - Vice President, Fuel Cells
Dr. Caine Finnerty has eleven years of education and experience with analytical chemistry and solid oxide fuel cell development, specializing in electrochemical reforming and integrated stack design. He has completed postdoctoral and industrial research programs on various SOFC applications, and has been involved in the design and construction of various SOFC systems ranging from 5 to 5000W. He has been the technical director leading the SOFC technology program at Adelan Ltd. in the U.K. He has published over 20 papers in the SOFC field that have been printed in a variety of journals, and has a variety of patents in key areas of SOFC development.

Mr. David Bothwell - Director of Business Development
David has over 20 years of Program and Senior Management experience in small to large organizations within a variety of fields such as; electronics, advanced ceramics, plastics, metal, and radar systems. David was a Program Manager at Texas Instruments, Avionics Division responsible for all production, and project coordination of a $20MM Air Force Radar Program. David then joined C-Cor Electronics, a $100 MM dollar business manufacturing cable television transmission products, to develop their Defense Electronics Division. As Manufacturing Manager he was responsible for over 100 people in production and engineering. David also played a role as Manufacturing Manager at ART Inc. responsible for the development and operation of an advanced ceramic Pilot Plant as well as the high volume production of various ceramic powders for commercial sale. David then pursued additional opportunities that lead to his starting his own company, engineering and manufacturing thermal systems. As an emerging technology David joined NanoDynamics.
