- Exclusive relationship for low-power consumer electronics
- Gillette/Duracell develops, manufactures, and distributes fuel refills through retail outlets and MTI Micro develops fuel cell

Intermec Technologies Corporation:
- Leader in global supply chain solutions and in the development, manufacture and integration of wired and wireless automated data collection
- Strategic commercial partnership formed in 2002 to develop Mobion® technology for integration into Intermec’s mobile computing equipment
- In December 2004, MTI Micro delivered its first Mobion® product, an integrated micro fuel cell product powering portable radio frequency identification (RFID) reader to Intermec
Harris RF Communications Division:
- Leading supplier of software-defined tactical radios for worldwide defense forces
- In 2002, MTI Micro announced an agreement with the RF Communications Division of Harris Corporation, to develop micro fuel cell system prototypes for potential use in Harris' Falcon® II tactical radios
