Funding Options

Logan Energy can help you put finance in place in any way that makes sense for taxation or balance sheet reasons.

So that projects may be:

Self funded by the customer with Logan Energy delivering as the main contractor.
Funded by a third party who lends the funding to the principal with Logan Energy once again acting as main contractor. We have arrangements in place to facilitate such funding to suitable customers.
Turn-key projects. We are happy to quote any project on a turn-key basis regardless of the source of the funding.
Power supply contracts. We would be delighted to consider such an option whereby the plant would remain ours for the duration of the contract and the customer would pay only for such power as he takes. Clearly this has the merit, in appropriate circumstances, of moving the entire process from a capital to a revenue spend.
Energy supply contracts. Essentially the same thing but the provision of thermal energy as well as electrical billed through separate meters.
ESCO. (Energy Supply Company). If the circumstances are suitable we would be delighted to enter into an ESCO type of arrangement with the various partners. If there is no existing arrangement then we would bring Scottish and Southern Energy to the table as our Utility partner.
