Dr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM Power acquired 16,129 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 31p per share. Following this purchase, Dr. Cooley has an interest in 172,725 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the Company’s issued share capital.
Dr Simon Bourne, Chief Technology Officer of ITM Power acquired 16,129 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 31p per share. Following this purchase, Dr. Bourne has an interest in 39,580 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the Company’s issued share capital.
