Graeme Purdy - Chief Executive Officer Before joining Ilika, Graeme served as a director of Avantium Technologies and prior to that he worked internationally for Shell in a variety of technical and commercial roles. Graeme holds a MEng degree in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD business school.

Professor Brian Hayden - Founder Brian is Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Southampton. Brian has published in excess of 100 papers in the fields of surface science, surface electrochemistry and fundamental aspects of heterogeneous catalysis and electrocatalysis. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and is a regular speaker at scientific conferences.

Adrian Marrocco � Finance Director Adrian trained as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton and after qualifying joined WSP Group plc, the listed international consulting engineering and environmental group, where Adrian�s last position was as finance director to its Hong Kong subsidiary. Adrian has a Chemistry degree from Oxford University and an MBA from Tanaka Business School, Imperial College
