6 standard cylinders of Hydrogen will provide up to 9 hours of backup power at 5 kW.
IdaTech’s advanced fuel reforming technology means that a wide range of fuels like natural gas or methanol may be used to provide extended run time systems. The ElectraGen™ products are CE, UL, and NEBS3 certified fuel cell systems designed for critical backup power/UPS needs ranging from 1 to 15 kilowatts. The ElectraGen™ family of products operates with standard hydrogen cylinders (industrial grade), but have the ability to operate on hydrogen generated on site from a liquid fuel (methanol/water mix) using the ElectraGen™ XTR module.
