Dr. Henrik Colell is one of the founders of Heliocentris and has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Heliocentris since 2006. He is responsible for the areas of Strategy, Technology and Product Development, Production and Human Resources. Dr. Colell studied chemistry and physics and worked in materials research for some years afterwards and has worked in the field of catalyzer development for electrolysis and fuel cell applications. He founded Heliocentris in 1995 and has been active since then as CEO in various functions including sales and product development. Dr. Colell has also been President of the North American subsidiary (Heliocentris Inc.) for four years and has significantly driven forward the expansion of the USA business. As one of the pioneers in the fuel cell sector, Dr. Colell has comprehensive knowledge of the sector, a high international degree of recognition and an excellent network with the essential decision-makers.
Dr. András Gosztonyi has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Heliocentris since 2006. As well as the finances, he is also responsible for the areas of Sales, Investor Relations, Communication and Law. Dr. Gosztonyi studied geography and business administration in Germany, Canada and the USA. He worked for different consulting companies for more than 6 years including Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and has thus acquired extensive, international consulting experience, particularly in the areas of Corporate Finance, M&A, Restructuring and Business Optimization. He was also involved in the area of Venture Capital and Business Financing at bmp AG for approximately 4 years where, among other things, he was responsible as Senior Investment Manager for a portfolio of up to 15 growth companies. Before his employment at Heliocentris, he mostly carried out international consulting projects as a self-employed consultant. |
