PORTABLE LEAKAGE TEST CART

The HABCO Model 1094 Series Leakage Test Cart is a portable roll-around unit designed for production leak testing of fuel cell stack assemblies. The cart is designed to apply precise low pressure air or N2 to a fuel cell circuit while directly measuring the flow rate of the test gas. Single channel cart (shown above) is used to test one circuit at a time with the other circuits open to atmosphere. Multi-channel carts are used to simultaneously measure leakage in Anode, Cathode and Coolant circuits at actual working differential pressures.

Each test channel consists of a precision pressure reducing regulator, electronic mass flow meter, pressure measurement transducer and large LED type digital displays. Adjustable relief valves insure safety by limiting the maximum pressure which can be applied to the test article.

The cart is supplied complete with supply and interface hoses. It can be used with bottled N2 or directly on clean dry shop air. An internal sub-micron filter insures particle free gas flow.
