.gif) The HABCO Model LS1000 is a complete leakage measurement system final testing of Fuel Cell Stack Assemblies. The test stand is capable of simultaneously supplying pressure controlled N2 or Helium to the fuel, oxidant and coolant channels while maintaining the desired Delta P.
Each leakage circuit is fully independent and can be configured with optional mass flow meters for gas flow measurement.

Standard features include:
- 3 independent gas supply circuits with precision pressure regulation from ambient to 300 Kpa.
- Large 6 ½" test gauges with accuracies of 0.25%.
- Compatible with N2, Helium or other gasses.
Optional features include:
- Vacuum operation at pressures down to 25 Kpa Absolute.
- Digital Instrumentation.
- Mass flowmeters for direct leakage rate measurement.
- Computer controlled operation with full automation and data logging.
