The HABCO Model FC1000 is a complete integrated test system for both single cell and sub-stack testing of PEM Fuel Cells at currents up to 2.5 Amps/cm2. The test stand is capable of supplying humidified reactant gases and cooling water while monitoring inlet flows to the fuel cell or stack. The stand also measures electrical performance of the fuel cell as well as electrical performance of the test article. Fuel supply can be direct hydrogen, pre mixed reformate or simulated reformate using an optional internal gas mixing system.

- N2 Flow rates up to 6 SLPM (Cathode and Anode)
- DI Water flow up to 1 LPM with full polishing, conductivity measurement and flow / pressure control.
- Bubbler type saturators with automatic temperature control.
- Electronic Loadbank
- Computerized Data Acquisition and Control system with HABCO's TestMaster™ automated control software.
- Hard wired safety systems including gas leakage detection and over-temperature.
- 24 Cell isolated voltage monitoring.
Optional Features:
- Additional fuel channels including CO & CO2 with fully programmable gas mixing.
- Additional oxidant channels including O2 and N2 with fully programmable gas mixing.
- Additional Coolant Loops.
