MULTI-STATION ENDURANCE TEST SYSTEM

The HABCO Model ETS1000 is a 4 station integrated test system for endurance testing of PEM Fuel Cell assemblies. The test stand is capable of supplying humidified reactant gases and cooling water while monitoring inlet flows as well as electrical performance of the test article. Fuel supply can be direct hydrogen, pre mixed reformate.

Fully independent test chambers and controls are provided at each station. Each test chamber features a roll-up safety cover for gas leakage isolation.

Standard features include:

• Fuel Flow rates up to 5 SLPM
• Air Flow rate up to 15 SLPM
• N2 Flow rates up to 15 SLPM (Cathode and Anode)
• DI Water flow up to 2 LPM with full polishing, conductivity measurement and flow / pressure control.
• Bubbler type saturators with automatic temperature control.
• Electronic Loadbank
• Computerized Data Acquisition and Control system with HABCO's
TestMaster™ automated control software.
• Hard wired safety systems including gas leakage detection and over-temperature.

• Additional fuel channels including CO & CO2 with fully programmable gas mixing.
• Additional oxidant channels including O2 and N2 with fully programmable gas mixing.
