CELL STACK TEST SYSTEM |
 The HABCO Model FC2000 is a complete modular test system for testing of completed PEM Fuel Cells Stacks. The test stand is capable of supplying humidified reactant gases and cooling water while monitoring inlet flows as well as electrical performance of the test article. Fuel supply can be direct hydrogen, pre mixed reformate or simulated reformate using an optional internal gas mixing system.
HABCO Model FC2000 is available in 3 standard sizes with many options to meet all your Cell Stack Test needs.

Standard features include:
- Models available for 10 kW, 50 kW and 100 kW total power output.
- Fuel Flow rates up to 10 Gr/Sec compatible with direct H2 or simulated reformate.
- Air Flow rate up to 300 Gr/Sec.
- N2 Flow rates up to 50 Gr/Sec (Cathode and Anode)
- Coriolis type flowmeters for exact mass flow measurements regardless of reactant gas composition.
- Direct Steam injection type reactant humidification with reactant Dew
- Electronic LoadBank
- Computerized Data Acquisition and Control system with HABCO's TestMaster™ automated control software.
- Hard wired safety systems including gas leakage detection and over-temperature.
- 24 Cell isolated voltage monitoring.
Optional Features:
- Extended reactant temperature operation for cold testing down to -15°C.
- Additional oxidant channels including O2 and N2 with fully programmable gas mixing.
