Habco Inc, a designer and manufacturer of test stands and ground support equipment for the aviation, automotive, and power generation industries is pleased to inform our clients and vendors of the hiring of a new Quality Manager, Jim Biondi, to add to Habco’s growing team.
Jim brings to Habco 20 years of quality management knowledge and experience from working in the aerospace, electronics, sheet metal, and fiber optics industries. His range of expertise includes successfully certifying multiple businesses to ISO standards, as well as “hands-on” knowledge of how to build quality into the process on the manufacturing floor.
“I am excited about the opportunity of joining a fast growing and innovative company like Habco,” Jim states. “I feel my strength in training employees and establishing models for standard work and other “lean” practices will greatly enhance the profitability and efficiency of the company as it grows.”
Jim will be working with other Habco staff to certify the company to the new AS9100 standard in 2005.
In 2003, Habco realized their 5 year business goal of doubling sales revenue. Current goals and staffing support a new goal of 10M in sales by 2006.
