H2 Logic A/S has strengthened the board of directors with three new members: the two former Vestas Wind Systems A/S managers Mr. Svend Sigaard and Mr. Mogens Filtenborg and the former Danish Minister of Transport and Energy Mr. Flemming Hansen. Together with the company founders the new board members are to finish and implement a new 2012 business plan that is to position H2 Logic A/S within the top3 worldwide for motive power solutions based on hydrogen and fuel cell technology.
The new board members provide the H2 Logic A/S board with new and additional competences and strengths that are needed in the future growth and expansion of the company.
Mr. Svend Sigaard was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Vestas Wind Systems A/S from 1987 and until 2002 where he took over the responsibility as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Sven Sigaard today holds various positions of trusts and operates his own investment and consultancy company.
Mr. Mogens Filtenborg became Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Vestas Wind Systems A/S in 1997 and took over the responsibility as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in 2004. Today Mr. Mogens Filtenborg is managing director in the house manufacturing company BoelLiving A/S as well as holding various positions of trust.
The two former Vestas managers bring H2 Logic A/S a uniquely and valuable experience from the wind power industry in developing and commercializing a sustainable energy technology; similar to the process that lays ahead for the hydrogen and fuel cell business as well as H2 Logic.
Mr. Flemming Hansen was minister for Transport and Energy in Denmark from 2001 until 2007 and member of the Danish parliament from 1984 until 2007. Today Mr. Flemming Hansen is the main shareholder in the Holast Sko A/S company and holds various positions of trust. Mr. Flemming Hansen brings H2 Logic A/S a strong competence and a well established political network in Denmark and abroad. |
