GREEN MOTORSPORT LEADING TECHNOLOGY CHANGE!

Energy can be stored in batteries, or electrical energy may be created using hydrogen gensets or biofuel generators. These green technologies can be used while we wait for efficient fuel cells to become cheaper. Although the Energy White Paper relegates solar PV to after 2020, Green MotorSport is using it already, and we will follow up the progress in Japan where they are starting production of cheaper PV at the end of 2006.  In the UK, an innovative company could emulate the Japanese with the production of hydrogen direct from sunlight to power our transport within a few years.

While the Government is introducing 5% biofuels for road vehicles by 2010, Green MotorSport’s transporter is already designed to run on 100% biodiesel.  We ensure that our fuel comes from the right sources, because if agro-chemicals are used they contribute to carbon dioxide emissions. 

Technology transfer

The technology developed for our racing karts can be transferred to the automotive industry.  Electric racing karts are an ideal base for testing, researching and developing innovative technologies. Green MotorSport has a number of  suitable packages and turnkey solutions for different operations. 

Green MotorSport will continue in 2006 to show the public in a practical way that renewable energies will be our future.  We can start to replace obsolescent fossil fuels with clean, efficient micro generation technologies.    

In March, Green MotorSport will be attending the Spiritual Tides 2006 Festival, which will show how our  lifestyles and cultures are changing as we move out of the old fossil fuel era into the future of green technologies.
Green MotorSport is also planning to attend a series of EXPOs and public events to show people the benefits of our exciting new products and turnkey solutions.

Green MotorSport is at present participating in the Second International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell EXPO 2006 in Tokyo with our partners Fuel Cell Markets.   In February Green MotorSport will be at the  Environmentally Sound Technology Showcase in Dubai supported by UNEP.  We are planning to attend several UK events in 2006, including SWITCH at Earls Court and the "Green Motor show", Spiritual Tides festival in Kent, as well as several other local events.  In the longer term, Green MotorSport is proposing to display at the Olympic Games in London in 2012.
