Green Motorsport Objectives

Our mission is to become the premier motor sport company solely devoted to environmental racing and applied green performance technology, with emphasis on research & testing high power AC and DC electric motors, high power micro processor speed controllers, electronic differential technologies, super fast rapid chargers for electric vehicles, vehicle to grid technology, alternative future energies, electric drive trains, safe high capacity energy storage technologies, the very best in Ni-Zn, Lithium Ion technologies, superlattice battery technologies, Kinetic Energy Flywheels, "Surge Power units" or "Kinectic Energy Recovery Systems", cellulosic-ethanol fuels, hydraulic systems, Multi Fuel cell systems, Nitrogen / compressed air propulsion systems, Microwave Propulsion systems, bio-butanol fuels, Organic power, E85 bio-fuels and appropriate Renewable & Bio-fuel technologies for the motor sport & automotive industries.

Green MotorSport brings technology and environmental issues to everyone’s attention making learning about renewable energy and energy efficiency interesting and exciting. It was thought that an environmental indicator was needed to explain and highlight these new emerging technologies. Green MotorSport bridges the technology education gap with its educational concepts.

Green MotorSport is located in Southern England in Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom with recent partnerships in California. We plan to establish a National electric green race series called "GMS, renewable racing", demonstrating the use of safe high capacity energy storage technologies, renewables, hydrogen and "biodiesel-hydrogen" fuels as alternative, safe clean energy systems.  Green MotorSport works towards reducing global climate change destabilisation, caused by the burning of fossil fuels.  Green MotorSport supports contraction and convergence principles.

Green MotorSport's “GMS” pure electric kart race series was the worlds first proposed professional electric racing kart series powered by renewables. ( carbon neutral electric kart racing ) The project leads the way towards a changing refuelling infrastructure that emphasises sustainability and improved automotive technology, providing a stepping stone towards greener motorsport & the car of the future.

Understanding the direction of these combined technologies and providing answers is certainly part of "Research and Development." Fuel cell systems, bio diesel-hydrogen systems and battery systems / super capacitors, should all be considered as technologies that can work together to find the ultimate solution for energy systems of the future.

Green Motorsport researches & tests new developing high discharge safe battery technologies, electric drives and energy storage technologies, technologies needed for fuel cell systems.  When alternative fuels replace existing fossil fuels in hybrid cars, Green MotorSport will already have the answers to many problems that currently exist in the business. This will only happen if the efficiency of both systems and balance of plant issues have been fully researched and developed. Green MotorSport provides a competitive solution to obtaining these results that the automotive industry needs to develop the car of the future.

Many technology industries test their components to the maximum in motor sport before they are released on the open market. Motor sport was responsible for a number of car safety devices and braking systems used today on standard everyday cars. Green MotorSport is making a positive and beneficial contribution to environmental energy education through engineering and motor sport.

Green MotorSport manufactures a range of automotive powertrain technologies as well as exciting high profile turnkey solutions. Our main product, called the "GMS DUAL",  is a complete packaged powertrain designed in-house, based around our liquid cooled GMS M1 motors. The GMS Dual Power Train is an economical electric drive system that replaces the internal combustion engine for both on and off-road vehicles.

Other products include "Racing in a Box", which gives clients the opportunity to run their own licensed Green MotorSport events, and take advantage of our motor sport tested green technologies. These technologies and products range from electric cars, drive and power train technologies, noise technologies, high powered electric karts, electric bikes, electric scooters, electric boats, portable and stationary hydrogen fuel cells, micro generation technologies, wind turbines, photovoltaics, new and advanced safe battery and energy storage technologies, green computers and waste to energy biomass fuel energy systems.

Green MotorSport systems are designed to be cost effective,efficient and safe. 

The Green MotorSport system includes packages that are stimulating and fun for the majority of people.  Packages are designed to involve many different age groups in physically and mentally stimulating learning activities associated with electric vehicles and racing. These activities are in controlled environments; powered and supported by renewable energy and future energy technologies.

Testing, research & development centre

Green MotorSport  will establish in the UK a " testing, research & development centre " and proposed new Green MotorSport Headquarters.  The proposed facilities will be used for the development of alternative fuels and technologies associated with the automotive industry.  The research centre planned, apart from being a state of the art sustainable building run completely from renewables, will manage our selection of Green MotorSport events. 

Research and development into related automotive power train technologies and renewable energy systems will need to be proved and new systems and energy technologies for transport developed. This would be the key subject area for the centre.

The proposed GMS race series will be used as a "testing and evaluation programme" for our partners technologies, as well as promoting carbon foot printing and reducing the carbon foot print of our partners, sponsors and Green MotorSport drivers.

In the longer term, Green MotorSport and associated partners will aim to contribute to the development of pathways to a sustainable energy economy for stationary and mobile applications, local and national grid integration, as well as specific energy storage technologies.  It will aim to identify the most effective, reliable and cost-effective energy solutions, raising awareness of safety, viability and credibility.
