 | Overview | EnableTM Fuel Cell Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of DCH Technology, Inc., was created in March 2000 to commercialize portable and stationary fuel cell technology licensed from Los Alamos National Laboratory.
DCH/EnableTM Fuel Cells are hydrogen-based proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells, with current offerings ranging from prototypes less than two ounces and the size of a "D" battery to 5kW units. DCH/EnableTM fuel cells operate at efficiencies of 50% to 57% because of proprietary design features that uniquely channel hydrogen into the cells and water out of the unit.
