AVID is a joint venture and has access to leading-edge battery and super-capacitor electro-chemistries, advanced four quadrant AC traction drives and charging and energy mangement. AVID intends to become a major European provider of on-road zero and ultra-low emission vehicles with rapid turn around at minimal cost.
