The NRW State Initiative on Future Energies, in collaboration with h-tec Wasserstoff-Energie-Systeme GmbH, is again holding a competition for school students on the subject of "Fuel Cells" in Nordrhein-Westfalen in the school year 2004/2005. Given the great success of the last round (school year 2003/2004), the second round will be launched in the current school year.
The aim of the competition is to heighten young people's awareness of the "fuel cell" as a future technology. School students will have the opportunity to learn that physics, chemistry and the rest are not just arid subjects for the classroom but deal with exciting topics for the future.
The patron of this competition is the NRW Science Minister, Hannelore Kraft.
