Tobias Renz Fair

Tobias Renz is the Managing Director of Tobias Renz FAIR, the organizing company behind the Group Exhibit Hydrogen + Fuel Cells at HANNOVER MESSE. In May 2006 Tobias Renz started his own company as the successor to Arno A. Evers, the founder of the Group Exhibit H2+FC. As of HANNOVER MESSE 2007, Deutsche Messe AG is the official owner of the week-long Group Exhibit, while Tobias Renz FAIR and team personally see to all organizational details of the 150+ international exhibitors.

After receiving his diploma as a Civil Engineer at the Technical University of Munich in 1996, Tobias Renz began working for Arno A. Evers FAIR-PR. Since then he has organized over 20 group exhibits of various themes in Hannover, Leipzig, Munich, and Shanghai, as well as the World Exposition EXPO 2000. The size of the exhibits ranged from 200m² to 3500m², from 10 to 160 exhibitors and a supporting team of 80 persons. It is his goal to simplify trade fair participation and to optimize the offered Service Package at each event.

As of January 2009, Tobias Renz FAIR and Shanghai Tiansheng Exhibition Service will partner together to establish China’s biggest hydrogen and fuel cell event: the China International Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Investment and Trade Expo in Shanghai, PR China. Through this cooperation, Tobias Renz – who speaks conversational Chinese – hopes to discover new opportunities in the Chinese market and build bridges between Europe and China.
