Membrane Fabrication Facility

  • 30 ft / 9 m Tape Caster (tape widths up to 13.75" / 35 cm)
  • 8 ft. Lab Caster
  • Binder Burnout Oven
  • Milling equipment 
  • One air atmosphere high temperature (≤1600°C) sintering furnace

QUICK-TURN FABRICATION

Our recently completed expansions include a Class 10,000 cleanroom for ceramic membrane coating and another facility for membrane development and production. We offer quick turn-around on quantities from prototype to volume production.

Screen Printing

  • Maximum screen size 36" x 36" (90 cm x 90 cm) 
  • Maximum print area 24" x 24" (60 cm x 60 cm)
  • Adhesive/Ink Dispensing
  • Maximum area ≤17" x 22" (≤43 cm x 56 cm)
  • 5 high temperature (≤1600°C) air-fired furnaces
  • Use high purity kiln furniture (see our Products page)

Optical Measurement System with Laser

  • Able to scan parts up to 36" x 24" (90 cm x 60 cm)
  • ENrG Inc. collaborates with regional universities for other capabilities and services.
