Dantherm's international training programmes for the development of new talents, and the Group's pan-organisational Leadership Training Programme are open to Dantherm Power Employees. Our “Health & Well-being” project focuses on exercise in our well-equipped fitness centre, on nutritional guidance, stopping smoking and losing weight – and our staff association continuously organises activities, visits, overseas trips and more.
