We at Dantherm Power place great emphasis on the well-being and development of our employees. We carry out structured development interviews intended to ensure personal and professional development. Dantherm's international training programmes for the development of new talents, and the Group's pan-organisational Leadership Training Programme are open to Dantherm Power Employees. Our “Health & Well-being” project focuses on exercise in our well-equipped fitness centre, on nutritional guidance, stopping smoking and losing weight – and our staff association continuously organises activities, visits, overseas trips and more.
