Brian Josling

Mr. Josling is an experienced Corporate Director. He has served on thirteen Boards covering diverse industries, and an array of governance issues for private and public companies. From 1994 to 2000, five of the companies represented were sold, maximizing shareholder value.

Mr. Josling has a proven understanding of consumer markets, and how early stage companies must transcend from the technology focus to the product focus. His perspective of fast growing technology companies is extensive.

Brian’s management career includes leadership roles in the fuel cell, wireless telecommunications, and music entertainment industries. He recently completed the two year assignment as founding President of Fuel Cells Canada, the national association of Canadian fuel cell companies.

Brian is presently a Director of four companies in Canada, the US, and the UK.
