Conduit Ventures Limited invests in unquoted growth companies that already have proof of concept with alpha/beta products. These investments are post seed and up to pre-IPO stages only. We prefer to make a minimum investment of US $1 million for development capital needs. Conduit Ventures Limited will both participate in and lead financings as appropriate. Our aim is to to take minority interests in investee companies, board representation where appropriate and observer rights as a minimum.

No Geographic Limits:

Conduit Ventures Limited does not limit its investment to one continent. However, Europe, Canada and the United States of America are our main focus. Australasia and Asia would be considered in exceptional circumstances and in the instance where we co-invest with local investors to better manage our interests.
