Cell Impact offers customised flow plates for mass production of fuel cells and heat exchangers.
The world is on the brink of a transition in which fossil fuels are being phased out in favour of renewable energy sources. Hydrogen gas, methanol and ethanol will play a central role in the storage and distribution of energy. Fuel is transformed to electricity in the fuel cells, either directly where the electricity is consumed or centrally in larger power plants.
Cell Impact is contributing to hasten the transition by being the first player on the market to offer true mass production of key components in the fuel cell system. By utilizing the manufacturing system of fellow subsidiary Dynamis, production costs and manufacturing time is dramatically reduced at the same time as quality is improved.
The first fully automated production plant has been set up for production in Cell Impacts work shop in Karlskoga, Sweden.

Our customers are producers of fuel cell systems or heat exchangers. Cell Impact offers manufacturing of plates according to the design by the customer. We also offer cooperation with fuel cell manufactures and partners to optimize flow plate design regarding their function, materials and cost based on the new design opportunities with the Cell Impact method.
