BOC showcases hydrogen |

BOC's sustainable energy team are helping to raise the profile of hydrogen energy as an alternative fuel by attending some high profile events this month.
Madeline Moore, BOC's Vice President and General Manager Western Region, was the moderator for the first plenary session at this year's National Hydrogen Association Annual Hydrogen Conference in Long Beach, California, US.
Madeline took the stage introducing key speakers including Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. As well as being a key sponsor, BOC used the event to showcase our expertise and partnerships in the hydrogen energy arena. |

The hydrogen energy team are also sponsoring a Ride and Drive event at GLOBE 2006 to be held in Vancouver, Canada next week.
A highlight of the Ride and Drive will be a chance for the public to experience driving in a hydrogen fuel cell car and there will be an innaugural roundtrip trip along the Hydrogen Highway (TM) from Vancouver to Whistler, a distance of approximately 115km.
GLOBE is a biennial event that provides an international platform for addressing issues and innovation in the areas of sustainable development and environmental management. |
